Who we look for
Selective - because the families we serve are.
We hire for more than childcare. Our nannies are also home assistants - managing the child's world and the household details around it, with formal education, early childhood training, multilingual fluency where possible, and deep experience. Warmth that can't be taught.

For the nannies who change everything.
As parents - six children between us - we've watched the right nanny change our families. We've also watched the industry under-pay, under-protect, and under-appreciate the very people doing that work.
